PT Motasa Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to fill the DC Admin Staff position. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the seamless flow of logistics and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory & Handover Transactions: Manage the complete handover process of Finished Goods, which includes accurate data entry, systemic recording, and close coordination with internal divisions.
* Delivery Order Verification: Input shipped product details into the designated system while meticulously verifying that all entries align with the official Delivery Order (DO).
* Return Processing: Handle product return transactions by carefully inspecting physical evidence, verifying documentation, and generating official handover reports (Berita Acara).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate proactively with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies, address operational bottlenecks, and confirm necessary details.
Candidate Qualifications
