## Job Vacancy: Recruitment Staff
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive our talent acquisition initiatives forward. As part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce that keeps our production lines running smoothly and our global operations thriving.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and professional interviews.
* Handle recruitment administration and ensure seamless documentation processes.
* Maintain accurate recruitment reports using Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a relevant major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or as an HR Generalist.
* Core Competencies: Deep understanding of interviewing techniques, candidate screening methods, and recruitment administration workflows.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously (multitasking).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in operating MS Office, particularly MS Excel, for analytical reporting.
* Work Location: Mojokerto, East Java.
