1. Instrument Engineer (Code: AIE05)
This role requires a technical expert capable of managing complex instrumentation tasks across multi-project environments.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in the Oil & Gas, palm oil, or process industry sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Expertise in creating engineering documentation, including datasheets, calculations, drawings, and control narratives.
* Equipment Knowledge: Strong ability to select field instruments (transmitters, gauges, switches, ATG).
* System Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of control systems (PLC/DCS) regarding selection and operation.
* Sizing Skills: Competency in sizing common instruments such as control valves, flow elements, and PSVs.
* Vendor Management: Capability to review vendor/contractor documentation and provide detailed technical feedback.
* Flexibility: Must be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and conducting onsite visits for surveys or supervision.
* Soft Skills: Strong coordination abilities for both internal team collaboration and external stakeholder management.
2. Electrical Engineer (Code: AET08)
We are looking for a qualified electrical professional to manage industrial construction projects with adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction projects.
* Standards Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with PUIL, SNI, and relevant international electrical standards.
* Background: Proven experience working as a contractor or supervisory consultant.
* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently not bound by active contracts.
3. Project Control (Code: APC10)
Our project control team is essential for ensuring that our EPC projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in project control, specifically within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical sectors.
* Core Competencies: Strong grasp of project management methodologies, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other industry-standard project control tools.
* Reporting: Ability to generate detailed progress reports and present performance metrics to senior management and clients.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate inter-departmental and client interactions.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Code: AML11)
We seek a mechanical engineering specialist to contribute to our plant construction initiatives.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, specifically within factory or plant construction environments.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong command of national and international mechanical design codes and standards.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently free from existing contract obligations.
