1. HR Development Analysis Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Learning and Development initiatives.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute L&D processes, including planning and evaluating training programs, and creating instructional documentation.
* Preferred: Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR development and relevant certifications such as CTDP or Instructional Design.
2. Officer Data Support (ODS) – Data Management
This role is perfect for those with a passion for data integrity and business intelligence.
* Qualifications: D4/Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage databases, process datasets, and develop insightful dashboards.
* Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, or ERP systems is highly valued.
3. Officer Data Support (ODS) – HR Development
