As a QC Liquid Staff member, you will play a critical role in safeguarding product excellence by ensuring that all operational premix inspection activities strictly adhere to mandatory quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the blending process and assign approval statuses to premixes prior to storage and further processing.
* Record operational mixing analyses and compile detailed reporting forms for semi-finished product inspections.
* Execute strict control and completeness checks for all blending operations.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for any outputs failing to meet specifications and conduct root-cause problem-solving.
