Essential Qualifications for Candidates:
* Educational Background: Possession of a D3 or S1 degree from a relevant technical discipline.
* Experience Level: Welcoming fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of two years of post-graduation experience.
* Industry Advantage: Prior technical experience, particularly through On-the-Job Training (OJT) within a power plant environment, will be highly regarded.
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
* Digital Competency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Relocation Readiness: A commitment to relocate and reside at the power plant site in Salira Village, Serang Regency, Banten, is essential.
