## 1. Drafter
The Drafter role is essential to our project lifecycle, responsible for translating conceptual visions into precise technical blueprints that guide our on-site construction teams.
Core Responsibilities
* Technical Drawing Development: Drafting architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans based on engineering and architectural specifications.
* Revision Management: Updating design documents based on feedback from project managers, clients, or site-specific modifications.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with engineers and architects to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all drawings adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and specialized design requirements for medical facilities.
* Document Control: Maintaining an organized repository of digital and physical design documents to support project audits and future references.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: Vocational Diploma (SMK), Associate Degree (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a drafter in construction, with a strong preference for those familiar with hospital or healthcare infrastructure.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. A willingness to learn hospital-specific design standards is highly valued.

## 2. Structure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Structural Design: Calculating and designing building frameworks while performing rigorous strength and stability analyses.
* Project Oversight: Developing technical design documents and monitoring on-site execution to ensure the build strictly matches the structural design.

* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Technical and Soft Skills
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in building structural design.
* Hard Skills: Mastery of software such as ETABS, SAP, STAAD, and Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of SNI, ASCE, and ACI standards is mandatory. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a significant advantage.
