* Overseeing business trip allowances and bonus distributions.
* Executing employee income tax calculations.

* Collecting and meticulously verifying attendance data, absenteeism records, and other critical information required for accurate salary calculations.
* Managing all salary deductions, such as income tax, BPJS contributions, and employee loan repayments.

Essential Qualifications for the Role
