## Position Available: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the professional standards of the Telkom Group.
Primary Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Provide comprehensive information, handle service requests, and address complaints regarding Telkomsel services with empathy and efficiency.
* Issue Resolution: Manage and escalate complex customer concerns that require technical intervention via the designated Service Operation Support channels.
* System Documentation: Accurately record customer objectives and inquiries at GraPARI locations using Telkomsel’s proprietary tracking software.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.75 for public universities (PTN) or 3.00 for private universities (PTS).
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
* Soft Skills: A natural customer-oriented mindset, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Regional Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the city or regency where the position is located.
