## Available Career Openings
We are actively recruiting for the following roles to support our site operations in Southeast Sulawesi:
1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
We are looking for a leader capable of overseeing critical infrastructure development.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing hauling road construction projects and site infrastructure.
* Requirements:
* Proven professional experience in mine road construction.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer
This role is essential for maintaining our human capital operations and administrative efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing employee databases, attendance records, and social security administration (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
* Requirements:
* Prior experience in HR or personnel administration.
* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
3. Heavy Equipment Operators
We are seeking skilled operators for a variety of machinery to support our mining and processing activities, including:
* Bulldozers
* Land Graders
* Excavators
* Loaders
* Combined units (Excavator & Loader / Grader & Excavator)
* Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery.
* Relevant field experience is mandatory.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
