We are recruiting skilled professionals for various technical roles. Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate adaptability, analytical precision, and a commitment to modern construction methodologies, including Digital Construction and Lean Construction.
1. BIM Coordinator / Engineer
This role focuses on integrating information management based on ISO 19650 standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring model production progress, executing integrated BIM workflows, and generating shop drawings from coordinated models.
* Required Skills: Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (Autodesk suite), CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, Cubicost, and rendering software like Lumion or Enscape.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering with at least one year of experience in BIM. A relevant BIM certification or SKK BIM is mandatory.
2. Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor is essential for maintaining financial and material accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle.
* Key Responsibilities: Performing quantity take-offs, managing volume calculations, drafting budget plans (RAB), and overseeing progress evaluations using BIM methodologies.
