## Job Opening: Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox
We are actively seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to join our production floor as an FCT Fusebox Operator. In this crucial role, you will be directly responsible for maintaining the efficiency, safety, and quality standards of our advanced electronic manufacturing lines.
Core Responsibilities
To ensure seamless daily operations, the selected candidate will manage a diverse set of technical and operational duties:
* Machine Operation: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery.
* Line Changeovers: Execute efficient line clearance and setup processes during product type transitions, ensuring timely replenishment of materials and components to meet daily production quotas.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) printing and assembly outputs to proactively identify and prevent defective items.
* Basic Troubleshooting: Perform preliminary diagnostics and minor debugging when equipment encounters operational errors or minor faults.
* Preventive Maintenance: Assist engineering teams in executing scheduled routine maintenance to prolong machinery lifespan.
* Workplace Organization: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across all assigned production areas.
* General Duties: Carry out additional operational tasks and adhere to instructions delegated by line leaders or supervisors.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical production role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK), with a preferred academic background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SMT electronic materials, coupled with a strong background in electronic product manufacturing, component assembly, and soldering techniques.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in operating SMT machinery and performing manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to excel independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the capacity to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
