## Recruiter Job Description
As a vital member of our human resources department, you will drive the talent acquisition lifecycle to ensure the company attracts, assesses, and secures top-tier professionals.
Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Executing comprehensive recruitment pipelines, from initial candidate screening to final onboarding fulfillment.
* Administering, evaluating, and scoring employee psychological assessments.
* Conducting structured candidate interviews utilizing the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique.
* Generating accurate and timely daily recruitment progress reports.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience within the recruitment sector.
