## Current Job Openings
We are actively seeking talented, high-performing individuals to fill several key positions across our production, quality assurance, and corporate departments. Review the requirements for each role to find the perfect fit for your skill set.
1. Operator Mold
As an Operator Mold, you will play a critical role in maintaining machinery efficiency and ensuring seamless production workflows.
* Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive mold maintenance, execute mold setups, analyze and troubleshoot primary issues within plastic injection machinery, and execute necessary repairs.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the plastic injection industry.
* Proficient in using computers for reporting and updates.
* Possess strong diligence, attention to detail, focus, and perseverance.
* Good physical and mental health; must adhere strictly to established health protocols.
Note: Candidates who have previously undergone testing are not permitted to retest.*
2. Line Quality Control (QC)
Ensure our products consistently meet the highest international standards by joining our rigorous quality control division.
* Key Responsibilities: Generate inspection standard reports, handle quality complaints, track production quality metrics, and enforce 5S standards on the floor.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 25 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a QC inspector in an injection molding environment.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Proficient in operating measurement instruments (calipers, torque meters).
* Willing to work in a shift system.
* Good physical and mental health; strict compliance with health protocols required.

3. Maintenance
Keep our high-capacity operations running smoothly through proactive electrical and mechanical upkeep.
* Key Responsibilities: Independently handle electrical installations, new setups, and ongoing maintenance. Operate and efficiently repair all facility machinery, including injection machines, chillers, generators, compressors, and water pumps.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school or vocational school education (SMA / SMK).
* Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance.
* Strong communication, analytical skills, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
* Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and thrive under pressure.
4. Operator / QM Injection
Drive daily production targets while upholding strict safety and quality standards on the factory floor.
* Key Responsibilities: Implement 5S methodologies in the workspace, separate non-conforming (NG) products from acceptable (OK) output, pack products according to standards, operate machinery efficiently to meet schedules, and draft timely daily production reports.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA / equivalent).
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection.
* Must not wear glasses, have no vision deficiencies (minus), and maintain a neat appearance.
* Hardworking, meticulous, focused, and persistent.
* Good physical and mental health; mandatory adherence to health protocols.
5. Operator Assembly
Contribute directly to the final stages of production by ensuring components are assembled flawlessly.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute assembly line duties efficiently while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school or vocational school education (SMA / SMK).
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of experience as an assembly operator.
* Must not wear glasses, have no vision deficiencies, no history of color blindness, and maintain a neat appearance.
* Good physical and mental health with no underlying medical conditions.
* Willing to work in a shift system.
6. Accounting
Support our financial integrity and strategic fiscal management through comprehensive accounting practices.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage periodic and annual tax audits, oversee Key Performance Indicator (KPI) activities, formulate monthly financial statements, and execute cost-improvement initiatives.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4) in Accounting.
* Male or female, maximum age of 30 years old.
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
* Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and familiar with standard accounting software.
* Comprehensive knowledge of corporate taxation, compliance, and reporting obligations.
* Demonstrated ability to produce accurate Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
