## Position Available: WWTP & WTP Operator
The company is actively seeking a dedicated and competent professional to join the operations team. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of the core responsibilities and essential qualifications required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* System Operations & Monitoring: Oversee and regulate the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) installations to guarantee maximum operational efficiency.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular diagnostic checks on machinery, pumps, storage tanks, and auxiliary utilities to prevent unexpected downtime.
* Quality Assurance: Guarantee that the processed water output strictly complies with internal corporate benchmarks and official regulatory standards.
* Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record operational parameters and compile comprehensive daily performance logs.
* Chemical Management: Handle and administer chemical dosing precisely in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform light preventative maintenance on equipment and uphold rigorous sanitation standards across the entire workspace.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the Maintenance department to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions swiftly.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating WWTP or WTP systems within a manufacturing environment. (Highly motivated fresh graduates equipped with solid theoretical knowledge of water treatment are also encouraged to apply.)
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of clean water treatment (WTP) and wastewater processing (WWTP) methodologies.
* Operational Skills: Capable of assessing water quality parameters and skillfully operating industrial pumps, filtration units, dosing pumps, and supplementary machinery.
* Safety & Chemical Knowledge: Well-versed in treatment chemical utilization and occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
