## Technical & Maintenance Roles
1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatera)
* Responsibilities: Monitor equipment performance (PA, MTBF, MTTR), ensure maintenance and repairs strictly follow SOPs, and prioritize breakdown unit interventions.
* Requirements: Min. STM/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering. 2+ years of experience as a Foreman Mechanic in a mining contractor firm. POP certification required.
2. Plant Engineer
* Responsibilities: Provide technical recommendations for equipment modifications, troubleshoot performance issues, monitor equipment health, and coordinate design/construction/maintenance activities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in technical software and project management.
3. Maintenance Planner
* Responsibilities: Develop periodic maintenance schedules, track spare part availability (backlog/unscheduled), and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
* Requirements: Min. SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, 1+ year of experience as a planner/scheduler, and proficiency in CMMS and MS Excel.
4. Senior Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Perform routine and corrective unit repairs, document damage data in detail, and update MCR regarding unit status.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. SMK education, 5+ years of experience handling heavy equipment. BMC certification is highly preferred.
5. Supervisor Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair operations, ensure workshop safety compliance, manage spare part inventories, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Requirements: Min. SMK or D3 in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of experience as a Plant Supervisor. POP certification is preferred.
## Operational & Training Roles
6. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatera)
* Responsibilities: Supervise production targets, enforce safety and quality standards, plan daily/weekly workflows, and document operational progress.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. SMK, 3+ years of experience as a Production Foreman. POP certification is mandatory.
7. Trainer Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Develop technical training materials, manage competency development programs for mechanics, and perform continuous assessments.
* Requirements: Min. SMK in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of mining experience as a trainer, and strong presentation and instructional design skills.
8. Trainer Operator
* Responsibilities: Design and deliver instructional programs (theory and practice) for heavy equipment and trucks, and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. SMK/D3, 2+ years of experience training on A2B units, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
9. Excavator Operator
* Responsibilities: Efficiently operate excavators, perform pre-operational checks, execute basic maintenance, and ensure strict site safety.
* Requirements: Min. SMA/SMK, valid SIO or SIM BII Umum, and 1+ year of mining experience. Willing to be placed out of town.
10. Dump Truck Driver
* Responsibilities: Safely operate Dump Truck units, particularly Quester CWE 730, conduct pre-shift checks, and ensure equipment security.
* Requirements: Min. SMP/SMA, valid SIM BII Umum, and 1+ year of mining experience. Willing to be placed out of town.
## Human Capital & Administration
11. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Jakarta Head Office)
* Responsibilities: Analyze business structures and processes, manage talent and performance, facilitate career/succession planning, and integrate organizational development initiatives.
* Requirements: 3+ years in HC Strategy/OD (mining background is a plus), Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/HR/Management, and expertise in workload analysis and performance management.
12. Plant Superintendent
* Responsibilities: Ensure efficient maintenance, repair, and documentation processes across the site, manage team motivation, and ensure equipment availability targets are met.
* Requirements: Min. S1 (any major), 5+ years of relevant experience, POP certification, strong leadership, and analytical thinking.
13. Purchasing Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage the procurement of goods and services, analyze purchase requests, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain Service Level Agreements.
* Requirements: Min. D3 (any major), 2+ years of experience in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and technical awareness of modern industrial needs.
