We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our Human Resources department. As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top-tier talent to sustain our fast-paced operations.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including strategic sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and final selection.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify and meet departmental manpower requirements.
* Digital Presence: Manage job postings across professional job portals and various social media platforms to increase talent outreach.
* Scheduling and Communication: Coordinate complex interview schedules and provide consistent, professional updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate recruitment databases and generate detailed hiring reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment. Previous experience within a logistics company is considered a distinct advantage.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Excel, specifically proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
4. Soft Skills: High level of organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
5. Performance Mindset: A proven track record of successfully filling key roles within dynamic, fast-moving environments.
6. Availability: Willingness to work under a contract employment status and the ability to join our team immediately.
