## Role Overview: Costing Analyst (Management Trainee)
As a Costing Analyst within our Management Trainee framework, you will play a pivotal role in linking engineering processes with commercial strategy. You will analyze production workflows, evaluate bills of materials, compute comprehensive cost structures, and prepare competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for prospective and existing clients.

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or currently completing the final year (3rd/4th year) in:

* Academic Record: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates and entry-level professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

## Technical Knowledge and Competencies

* Solid grasp of core cost structures, including raw material costs, direct/indirect labor, factory overhead, machine cycle times, and custom tooling investments.
* Ability to break down full manufacturing processes into accurate unit-level cost models.
2. Quotations and Bill of Materials (BOM)
* Working knowledge of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) lifecycle, from client inquiry to commercial proposal submission.
* Competence in interpreting complex Bills of Materials (BOM) to calculate finished goods manufacturing costs.
* Basic ability to review and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings or engineering specifications (an added advantage).
3. Advanced Data Modeling and Software Proficiency
* Advanced Microsoft Excel Capabilities: High proficiency in nested `IF` statements, `VLOOKUP`/`XLOOKUP`, `INDEX/MATCH`, Pivot Tables, and multidimensional data analysis formulas.
* Working knowledge of standard productivity tools across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
* Prior exposure or foundational understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms—such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent manufacturing systems—is a significant plus.
