## Program Overview
The IT Management Trainee program is designed to cultivate future leaders in the technology sector. This role offers an immersive experience where you will develop professional expertise across diverse domains, including IT infrastructure management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), web administration, data visualization, cybersecurity, and industrial automation.
## Key Responsibilities
As a trainee, you will be exposed to the core operational pillars of our IT department. Your developmental journey will include hands-on involvement in:
* Maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
* Supporting the deployment and management of ERP and MES systems.
* Assisting in web management and internal portal administration.
* Translating raw operational data into actionable insights using visualization tools.
