## 1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
We are looking for a proactive leader to oversee our workshop operations, ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as complex troubleshooting for heavy machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate, supervise, and mentor a team of mechanics to maintain high performance.
* Compliance & Safety: Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and maintenance administration.
* Operational Requirements: Must be capable of operating heavy trucks and understanding basic vehicle mechanics.
* Mindset: Highly analytical, disciplined, results-oriented, and willing to be stationed at any of our company workshops.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Our maintenance team is the backbone of our operational efficiency. We are seeking a skilled mechanic to handle the rigorous demands of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic, with specific expertise in Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of diesel engine systems, hydraulic transmissions, braking systems, and heavy-duty structural components.
* Troubleshooting: Proficient in performing diagnostic inspections, identifying mechanical failures, and executing precise repairs.
* Resourcefulness: Skilled in using standard workshop tools and diagnostic equipment; capable of accurately identifying spare part requirements.
* Safety Standards: Thorough knowledge of workplace safety procedures (K3) and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Teamwork: Demonstrates high attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility toward task completion.
