This role sits at the heart of daily operations, ensuring that processing facilities run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
## Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the production team, your daily duties will be diverse and demanding. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, acute attention to detail, and a strict adherence to safety protocols.
* Facility Operations: Operate production units safely, strictly following approved guidelines and operating envelopes to maximize reliability and asset integrity.
* Surveillance & Monitoring: Conduct timely daily rounds, record critical operational parameters, and immediately report any abnormalities or unsafe conditions to the Control Room Operator.
* Emergency Response: Act as a reliable member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to mitigate risks to personnel, minimize downtime, and protect the environment.
* Work Permit & Safety Management: Review work permit packages, verify hazard identifications (JSA), confirm zero energy states, and manage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) effectively.
* Equipment Maintenance Support: Perform equipment isolation, purging, venting, and reinstatement safely, ensuring flawless handovers for maintenance teams.
* Stock & Safety Checks: Monitor chemical, LPG, Nitrogen, and diesel inventories while conducting routine weekly fire water system tests and monthly extinguisher inspections.
* Safety Leadership: Intervene immediately upon observing unsafe acts, lead weekly safety meetings, and participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) when necessary.

Minimum Requirements
