Core Responsibilities
The Trainee Administration position serves as a critical support pillar for our plantation operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Administration: Managing daily plantation administration, including workforce coordination, personnel processes, and the verification of financial documentation.
* Asset Management: Overseeing the orderliness of unit assets, equipment, and inventory to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
* Logistical Support: Coordinating inter-departmental requirements and ensuring that facility readiness is maintained for all field personnel.
* Compliance and Auditing: Conducting routine administrative inspections and addressing any discrepancies in accordance with company protocols.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate analytical rigor and a commitment to professional growth. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting.
