## About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will serve as the vital bridge between our advanced cooling solutions and our target clientele. This role requires a blend of technical sales acumen, relationship-building prowess, and strategic market analysis to drive company growth.
## Key Responsibilities
Your daily operations will be diverse, impactful, and directly tied to the expansion of our market footprint. Successful candidates will manage the following core duties:
* Database Management: Build, maintain, and leverage a comprehensive network and database specifically within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or climate control industry.
* Promotion & Sales: Actively promote our specialized services and drive product sales offered by PT Energy Sejuk Indonesia.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, uncovering new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors.
* Client Support: Guide and accompany clients seamlessly through every stage of the project lifecycle—from initial site visits and technical inspections all the way to project completion.
* Strategy Analysis: Evaluate and adapt marketing and sales strategies to ensure alignment with company-mandated targets and industry benchmarks.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from an accredited institution.
* Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a marketing or sales role.
