Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates are preferred.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA or equivalent), with a strong preference for graduates from Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry majors.
* Health Requirements: Must not be colorblind and must be in excellent physical and mental health.
