## Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of our power plant systems. Your primary duties will include:
* System Testing and Analysis: Executing comprehensive testing protocols, including motor solo runs, fan and pump evaluations, and full-scale load testing.
* Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues involving pumps, fans, valves, and associated power plant equipment.
* Site Management and Reporting: Conducting rigorous site observations, monitoring ongoing issues, and preparing detailed field reports to support project progress.
* Commissioning Oversight: Coordinating, managing, and performing the commissioning phases for various power plant mechanical systems.
* Technical Instrumentation: Utilizing precision tools and instruments—such as vibration meters, temperature guns, and standard mechanical diagnostic equipment—to verify system performance.
## Qualifications and Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who bring both technical expertise and a proactive approach to large-scale infrastructure projects. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the power plant, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or heavy construction industries.
* Advantageous Skills: Previous experience working within a Korean corporate environment is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in professional English, both written and oral, is essential for coordination and reporting.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical drafting software such as CAD.
* Deployment: Willingness to work as a contract employee based permanently at the Suralaya, Cilegon site without a rotational schedule.
