## Available Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer to manage complex commercial arrangements and ensure the seamless delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial and logistics operations, including:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compiling necessary data to establish LNG shipping schedules and delivery projections, ensuring effective negotiations with buyers.
* Contractual Management: Coordinating and negotiating with buyers to implement Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), including price adjustments and contractual amendments.
* Logistics and Documentation: Overseeing cargo shipments, including port authority documentation, loading/unloading instructions, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
* Inventory Oversight: Managing weekly inventory plans, coordinating with field personnel, and forecasting future delivery schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
* Financial and Commercial Administration: Calculating and drafting LNG cargo invoices based on JCC, managing spot cargo agreements, and overseeing spot ship charter programs.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Preparing internal and external management reports, as well as managing the department’s budget to ensure financial compliance.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience within a commercial position in the oil and gas industry.
3. Employment Type: This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probationary period.
