To support our growing operations, we are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals to join our team as an Assistant Sortasi.
## Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Assistant Sortasi plays a vital role in ensuring that our processing standards remain at the highest level of excellence. The core responsibilities for this position include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising the daily grading operations at our Palm Oil Mills (PKS) to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring and controlling the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to ensure they consistently meet rigorous company standards.
* Inventory Integrity: Evaluating and verifying the quality of both internal and external FFB supplies upon arrival.
* Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate daily sorting reports and reconciliation logs.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the sorting area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical expertise and dedication necessary to uphold our operational standards. Prospective applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Professional Experience: Possess at least two years of proven experience working in an Assistant Sortasi role.
3. Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health to handle field operations.
4. Mobility: Willing to be stationed at our plantation sites located in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
