## Career Opportunity: Basic Development Program (BDP) Batch 2 2026
BGA Group is currently seeking highly motivated graduates to participate in our flagship Basic Development Program (BDP). This intensive program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a six-month structured training initiative.
General Qualifications
* Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Commitment to completing the six-month intensive Basic Development training.
* Willingness to be stationed in our operational areas in Central or West Kalimantan.
Specialized Streams
We are currently recruiting for two specific tracks within the BDP:
1. BDP Agronomy: Open to candidates with backgrounds in Agronomy, Soil Science, Forestry, Agrotechnology, or closely related agricultural fields.
2. BDP Engineering: Open to candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Chemical Engineering.
