## 1. Legal Staff
The Legal Staff will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s assets and ensuring all operations adhere to strict regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Land Management: Manage comprehensive land acquisition processes, including active coordination with landowners, local government offices, and the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
* Asset Integrity: Ensure that all property assets are maintained in a "clear and clean" legal status.
* Legal Drafting: Prepare, review, and refine essential legal documentation, including corporate agreements and contractual addendums.
* Operational Support: Provide legal advisory services to business units, specifically assisting in contract negotiations with partners and vendors.
* Corporate Governance: Manage daily legal operations, conduct rigorous due diligence for corporate actions, and oversee the legal status of the company and its subsidiaries.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate law and Notary/PPAT environments.
* In-depth knowledge of agrarian law, land acquisition, business law, and property asset maintenance.
* Possession of an advocate license is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Willingness to travel for business and the ability to thrive under pressure while upholding the BUMN "AKHLAK" cultural values.
## 2. Risk Management Staff
We are seeking a diligent Risk Management professional to oversee our operational integrity and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Risk Structuring: Maintain and update the company’s risk register and framework.
* Reporting: Deliver regular, high-level risk management performance reports to senior management.
* Monitoring: Evaluate risk results and provide continuous oversight of the company’s risk exposure.
* Data Analysis: Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistical analysis to support management in mitigating potential organizational risks.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset valuation.
* Comprehensive understanding of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regarding Risk Management guidelines.
* Professional certification such as CRMO (Certified Risk Management Officer) or CFA is highly preferred.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A strong desire for continuous learning and the ability to adapt seamlessly to the company’s corporate culture (AKHLAK).
