## General and Specific Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high operational standards, applicants must meet the following criteria tailored to each job category:
* Industry Background: Prior hands-on experience within the mineral mining sector is strongly preferred for all roles.
* Experience Duration:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent supervisory or higher-level role.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for staff-level positions.
* Financial & Analytical Roles (Positions 4–6, 14): Proven expertise in financial reporting and cost management.
* Cost Accounting Expertise (Positions 6, 14): Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
* Auditing Background (Position 4): Demonstrated work history as an external auditor.
* Engineering Proficiency (Position 8): Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD specifically for road construction projects.
* Geographical Preference (Position 17): Candidates domiciled in Sulawesi are given primary consideration.
* Operations & Logistics (Position 12): Dual expertise in managing finance workflows and supply chain logistics.
* Language Skills (Position 7): Business-level fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
