## Join Our Dynamic Team
We are currently seeking passionate, highly skilled professionals to join our expanding exploration team at our site in North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra.
1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a vital role in our exploration efforts, ensuring that all data collection is accurate and aligns with our high standards.
* Execute exploration phases, including geological mapping, drilling, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Draft comprehensive technical reports based on project plans.
* Analyze drill cuttings to create accurate borehole logs.
* Interpret geophysical logging data and maintain the integrity of our drilling databases.
* Collaborate effectively with the broader exploration team under standard operating procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Expertise in coal mapping, drilling operations, sample handling, and borehole correlation.
* Flexibility and willingness to be stationed in North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
We are looking for an experienced Exploration Geologist to take ownership of our geological workflows, from planning through to resource estimation.
* Manage the entire exploration cycle, including mapping, drilling supervision, and geophysical oversight.
* Develop coal seam correlations and build detailed geological models.
* Oversee the validation and management of geological databases.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal support teams and external third-party stakeholders.
* Ensure all exploration activities strictly comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the mining sector.
* Proficiency in geological modeling and coal resource estimation software.
* Holding a "Pengawas Pertambangan" certification (POP or POM) is mandatory.
* Willingness to reside at the North Musi Rawas site in South Sumatra.
