Available Trainee Positions
* Field Assistant Trainee: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Agrotechnology, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests & Diseases, or related fields.
* Administrative Assistant Trainee: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Law, Psychology, Office Administration, or related fields.
* Research & Development Trainee: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests & Diseases, Biotechnology, or related fields.
## Core Qualifications for Applicants
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the challenges of the palm oil industry, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Standing: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, though candidates with a maximum of one year of professional experience are also eligible.
2. Commitment: Successful candidates must be prepared to sign a three-year service agreement.
3. Relocation: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan, where our primary operations are based.
