Candidate Requirements
We are seeking dedicated, high-potential individuals who are ready to make a significant impact in the agricultural industry. To qualify for the GAMMA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D1 degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with no more than one year of professional experience.
* Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed across any of the company’s operational regions in Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Readiness: Prepared to undergo a comprehensive 6-month intensive education program at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a 2-year service bond upon completion of training.
* Personal Status: Must be currently unmarried.
