Finance & Purchasing Admin
As a Finance and Purchasing Admin, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring seamless procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, petty cash reconciliation, and financial data entry.
* Handle purchasing administration, vendor coordination, and purchase order tracking.
* Monitor payment due dates, assist with basic tax reporting, and handle compliance documentation.
* Coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience in Financial Administration, Accounting, or Purchasing roles.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook) and hands-on experience with Accurate Accounting Software.
* Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with international trade procedures and basic customs document handling.
* Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, absolute integrity, strong discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team.
