1. HRD Manager
As our Human Resources Development Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our corporate culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring our labor practices align with current legal frameworks.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in an HR management capacity.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, superior team leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, including the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and general manpower laws.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to oversee daily operations, guide our workforce, and cultivate strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating growth-driven business strategies and supervising staff productivity.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a managerial position.
* Core Competencies: Outstanding leadership talent, crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills, and robust team management abilities.
* Location: Domiciled in Gresik or willing to work from our Gresik office (WFO).
3. Driver Supervisor (SPV Driver)
We need a proactive Driver Supervisor to manage our transport fleet operations, mentor our driving staff, and oversee vehicle maintenance protocols.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working as a driver.
* Core Competencies: Strong communication and supervisory skills, excellent team coordination, and a genuine passion for automotive mechanics and vehicle upkeep.
* Licensing & Location: Must hold at least a valid Class B1 Driver’s License (SIM B1) and reside in the Gresik or Surabaya area.
