Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be considered for the Administration Operator position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Warehouse Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including FIFO/FEFO methods, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
* Operational Proficiency: Must be familiar with 5S workplace organization standards and effective inventory control processes.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel (ranging from basic to intermediate levels).
* Soft Skills: Possess exceptional analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Professionalism: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, responsibility, and responsiveness in daily tasks.
