* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Finance, Accounting, and Tax role within the manufacturing sector.
* Certification: Possession of valid Brevet A/B/C certifications is mandatory.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
* Languages: Fluency in Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
* Personal Attributes: A passionate female professional with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with critical financial operations, including:
1. Cost Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Reviewing internal financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Transactional Management: Recording all accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, receipts, and managing bank transactions.
4. Cash Oversight: Managing and reconciling petty cash and bank accounts.
5. Tax Compliance: Calculating, preparing, and submitting all mandatory tax-related documentation.
6. Asset Management: Maintaining rigorous controls and records for all company assets.
