1. Barge Escort Operator
This role requires a candidate who understands the complexities of maritime logistics within the palm oil sector.
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of maritime experience, preferably within the palm oil industry.
* Key Skills: Expertise in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading procedures. Must be proficient in maritime communications (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS), navigation safety, and ISPS Code regulations.
* Requirement: Possession of an ISPS Code certificate is highly preferred. Must be willing to work in shift patterns.
2. Instrument Control Technician
We are seeking a technical expert to ensure the seamless operation of our automated refinery systems.
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in the palm oil sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in electrical schematics, wiring, cable termination, and the use of testing tools like multimeters and megger meters.
* Expertise: Capable of troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, VFD, and DCS systems. Additional relevant certifications are a significant advantage.
3. Tank Farm Operator
As a Tank Farm Operator, you will play a vital role in the safe storage and handling of our products.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar industrial setting.
* Requirements: A strong grasp of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
We are looking for hands-on operators to manage our essential refinery and fractionation processes.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of operational experience in the palm oil industry.
* Core Competencies: Must demonstrate the ability to follow strict operational procedures, maintain high communication standards, and adapt to shift-based work schedules.
5. Boiler Operator
Safety and efficiency are the cornerstones of our power generation, and we are looking for a qualified professional to oversee our boiler operations.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in boiler operations.
* Required Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Steam Boilers.
6. Weighbridge Executive
This role is essential for maintaining accurate data regarding the flow of materials in and out of our facilities.
* Education: Minimum S1 degree in a relevant field.
