1. PPIC Logistic Senior Staff
This role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations to ensure seamless production cycles.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing material planning, coordinating with suppliers and forwarders, monitoring inventory levels, and driving KPI-based continuous improvements.
* Requirements: S1 Industrial Engineering background, deep knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and expertise in inventory control.
2. Production Senior Staff
Ensure our production lines operate at peak efficiency and meet the highest safety standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring daily output, analyzing production performance, managing team activities, and implementing process improvements.
* Requirements: S1 Mechanical Engineering background, strong understanding of line balancing, capacity control, and production scheduling.
3. General Affair Senior Staff
Oversee the operational backbone of our manufacturing facility.
* Key Responsibilities: Handling asset management, facility maintenance, procurement, vendor relations, and supervisory duties for office operations.
* Requirements: S1 Industrial Engineering background with proven expertise in facility management and vendor handling.
4. QC Engineering Staff

* Key Responsibilities: Preparing inspection methods, managing QC tooling, and performing internal quality evaluations.
* Requirements: D3 Mechanical Engineering background, ability to interpret technical drawings, and experience with jigs and QC facilities.

* Key Responsibilities: Executing SPC control, performing product inspections, conducting calibration, and handling corrective actions for quality issues.
