NICU/Perinatal Coordinator
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Active Nursing Registration (STR) and specialized certifications in NICU, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or intensive unit care.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in NICU/PICU, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and comprehensive knowledge of ward management.
Inpatient Coordinator
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Experience: At least 2 years in a unit management or inpatient coordinator role.
* Requirements:
* Active Nursing Registration (STR).
* Current and valid BTCLS certification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preference given to candidates with prior Ward Management training.*
