We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic General Affair Supervisor to manage our operational infrastructure. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards across our physical facilities and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities
The General Affair Supervisor will serve as the backbone of our branch office operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Site Development: Scouting potential locations for new branch offices and overseeing renovation projects to meet corporate standards.
* Infrastructure Management: Conducting precise measurements and planning for building construction or facility modifications.
* Asset Oversight: Maintaining full accountability for branch office equipment and ensuring the long-term upkeep of all company assets.
* Administrative Liaison: Managing essential permits and legal documentation related to property and building ownership.
* Operational Mobility: Maintaining a proactive presence in the field, as the role requires regular business travel (mobile status) across the designated region.
