1. Production Operator (Forming)
This role is essential in ensuring the transformation of molten glass into premium glass blocks while maintaining strict production efficiency.
* Manage the forming process of C3 glass blocks to meet production targets.
* Monitor operational workflows to minimize defects and maximize output.
* Implement quality and environmental standards to ensure sustainable production.
* Participate in ongoing skills training to ensure operational readiness.
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience in a production environment.
* Computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Willingness to work in a hot, dusty, and noisy environment, including shift work.
2. Production Operator (Packing)
Focusing on the final stages of manufacturing, this position ensures that finished goods reach the market in perfect condition.
* Operate palletizer and shrink-wrap machinery in the Packing Production IS area.
* Ensure packaging efficiency and volume meet daily packing order targets.
* Maintain quality and environmental compliance throughout the packaging process.
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 1 year of experience as a production operator.
* Computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Ability to work in demanding factory conditions and shift schedules.
3. Production Operator (Screen Printing)
This role is responsible for the manual packaging and printing operations that define the quality of the company’s glass products.
* Execute manual packing and printing operations in the Printing & Packing IS area.
* Optimize production efficiency to meet specified packing quotas.
* Contribute to workplace improvements and strictly follow environmental safety protocols.
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* At least 1 year of relevant production experience.
* Computer proficiency.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Readiness to work in a challenging industrial environment and rotating shifts.
4. Production Unit Head (Screen Printing)
As a leadership role, the Unit Head is responsible for oversight, budget management, and team development within the printing production sector.
* Manage production budgets, including overtime and operational costs.
* Oversee screen creation and the bottle printing process.
* Supervise the final packaging of printed bottles.
* Drive continuous improvement and quality management initiatives.
* Facilitate staff development and performance training.
* Male, minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Unit Head.
* Must have perfect color vision and must not wear glasses.
* Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment in Cikarang.
