## Fresh Graduate Program 2026 – Information Technology (IT)
We are currently seeking ambitious, tech-savvy graduates to join our IT department. This role offers an exceptional entry point for those looking to build a career in enterprise-level infrastructure and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be integral to the IT team, with duties including, but not limited to:
* Support & Training: Providing Level 1 support for MS 365 applications, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Power Platform, while creating digital adoption materials and conducting end-user training.
* Infrastructure Support: Assisting the IT infrastructure team with system monitoring, backup verification, and fundamental troubleshooting.
* Health & Documentation: Supporting server health checks, coordinating patch management, maintaining infrastructure documentation, and managing IT asset/software license tracking.
* Knowledge Management: Cataloging recurring technical issues and developing comprehensive knowledge base articles for internal use.
* Digital Innovation: Actively participating in internal digitalization projects and various automation initiatives.
Essential Qualifications

* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
