We are officially launching our Management Trainee (MT) Mills program for 2027. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of industry leaders, focusing on technical excellence, manufacturing operations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Core Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess the technical aptitude and drive to succeed in a challenging operational environment. Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Conservation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, as well as Information Technology, Statistics, or Data Science.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with professional-level English proficiency.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (with a strong focus on Excel/Macros), and familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Power BI, Tableau, MATLAB, or Aspen.
