LPPOM MUI operates a world-class laboratory facility accredited under SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN). Our laboratories provide essential testing for food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic safety. We are currently seeking talented, innovative professionals to join our Research and Development (RnD) teams in Bogor.
1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
We are looking for an analytical mind to lead our molecular testing advancements.
* Develop and validate molecular test methods, including data recording and report generation.
* Recommend reagents and sophisticated instrumentation for laboratory growth.
* Conduct pilot trials for customer samples outside current accreditation scopes.
* Execute routine molecular diagnostic procedures.
* Maintain strict documentation of equipment condition and lab room environments.
* Manage the inventory and controlled storage of all laboratory consumables.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in molecular testing and development.
* Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative validation protocols.
* Ability to evaluate testing outcomes for validity and accuracy.
* Innovative, logical, and disciplined in meeting deadlines.
2. Microbiology Laboratory RnD
We invite detail-oriented professionals to contribute to our microbiology expertise.
* Create and validate new microbiological test methodologies.
* Perform periodic sampling and routine diagnostic testing.
* Advise on the selection of optimal laboratory equipment and reagents.
* Ensure all equipment usage and status records strictly follow established protocols.
* Oversee the management and control of lab supplies.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Analysis.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a microbiology lab.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of honesty and precision.
3. Mineral & Metal Testing Laboratory
Our team requires a specialist to focus on heavy metal and mineral analysis.
* Develop and document heavy metal and mineral testing methods.
* Conduct metal and mineral analysis on various sample matrices.
* Recommend equipment upgrades and reagent procurement.
* Execute pilot testing for non-accredited sample types.
* Perform periodic sampling and inventory control for laboratory chemicals.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical Analysis or Pure Chemistry.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience operating ICP-MS and ICP-OES instruments.
* Strong grasp of GLP principles.
* Excellent logical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
