## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role within the mining industry (candidates with a background in rock mining will receive priority consideration).
* Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership capabilities with the proven ability to coordinate, motivate, and guide teams toward shared goals.
