## Open Positions and Qualifications
We are currently seeking experienced individuals for the following specialized roles. All selected candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process held directly at our hangar facility.
1. Workscoping Planner
This role is critical for operational efficiency, ensuring all resources are perfectly aligned with project timelines.
* Requirements: Minimum 4 years in aircraft maintenance; D3/S1 in Aviation, Mechanical, or related engineering; holds a valid DGCA Basic License (A1 Airframe and A4 Powerplant); proficient in English and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
* Core Responsibilities: Develop tool and material databases based on MPD; review customer work packages; manage maintenance timelines, Gantt charts, and GSS; and supervise project-specific maintenance tasks.
2. Engineering Specialist
Dedicated to technical integrity, the Engineering Specialist ensures that aircraft systems remain in strict compliance with safety directives.
* Requirements: Minimum 4 years in aircraft maintenance; must hold an AMEL; D3/S1 in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering; exceptional analytical and technical communication skills.

* Core Responsibilities: Evaluate product engineering documents; coordinate with PPC and material planning; ensure all workshop activities strictly adhere to approved manuals (AD, SB, SL compliance); and provide real-time support to production teams.
4. Tools Engineer

5. Structure Engineer
This role focuses on the structural health of our fleet, requiring a high level of expertise in damage assessment and repair engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 4 years in aircraft maintenance; must hold an AMEL; proficient in AutoCAD; D3/S1 in Aviation or Mechanical Engineering.
