A. Smelter Plant Operations
These roles are critical to our core processing functions:
* Engineering & Technical: Senior Engineer (Steam Systems & Utilities), Metallurgists (Metal Accounting, Production Planning), and Refractory Supervisors for Anode Plant, Precious Metal Refinery, and Flash Smelting Furnace.
* Operational Excellence: Lead Tappers and Tappers for Flash Smelting and Converting Furnaces.
* Infrastructure & Utilities: Powerhouse Specialists and Senior Operators for various furnace and utility control systems.
B. Precious Metal Refinery (PMR), Electro Refinery, and Laboratory
