* Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting social assessments, baseline surveys, SROI (Social Return on Investment) analyses, and impact research.
* Framework Knowledge: Thorough understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 standards, and corporate CSR key performance indicators.
* Documentation: Advanced ability to craft professional proposals, detailed program reports, and regulatory-compliant documentation for partners.
* Strategic Design: Skilled in developing research-based, participatory program designs that foster long-term sustainability.
