* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Agriculture.
* Requirements: Male, single, maximum 25 years old.
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165cm and must not be colorblind.
* Commitment: Willingness to fulfill a mandatory service agreement and relocate to any KPN Plantations site.
2. Mill Assistant Trainee
Focusing on technical efficiency, this track is designed for candidates with a background in engineering and industrial processing.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Plantation Product Processing, or relevant technical disciplines.
* Requirements: Male, single, maximum 25 years old.

3. Administration Assistant Trainee

* Requirements: Single, maximum 25 years old.
