Duniatex is currently seeking high-potential individuals to join its prestigious Management Trainee (MT) program. This initiative is designed as a career acceleration track aimed at cultivating the next generation of industry leaders. Participants are groomed for high-level responsibilities, with the ultimate objective of stepping into Factory Manager or Production Manager roles.
How the Program Works
The Management Trainee program utilizes a hands-on, on-the-job training methodology. Participants are immersed in the daily realities of factory life, gaining practical experience and critical industry insights. Upon completion of the program, trainees are required to present a comprehensive account of their learning outcomes and operational contributions.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess the drive to succeed in a fast-paced industrial environment. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Accounting, Management, or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Textile, or Textile Chemical).
* Academic Performance: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they hold a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Soft Skills & Character:
* Demonstrated active involvement in organizational or extracurricular activities.
* Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and a high desire to learn.
* Proficiency in computer software and operational systems.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Central Java, including Karanganyar, Sragen, Sukoharjo, Boyolali, Ungaran, Demak, Pemalang, or Pekalongan.
